LumiBaby is not medical advice
LumiBaby is a record-keeping tool. It does not give medical advice, it does not diagnose, and it does not replace a doctor, nurse or other clinician. Information in the app, including development explanations, growth percentiles and the red-flag symptom reference, is general and is not about your child specifically.
If you are worried about your child, contact your clinician. In an emergency, call 911.
1. Agreeing to these terms
By creating a LumiBaby account, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. The app asks you to accept each one separately, and records when you did.
2. Who can have an account
Accounts are for parents and guardians aged 18 or over. People you invite, such as a co-parent, grandparent or caregiver, must also be 18 or over to have their own account.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has got into it, tell us at support@lumibabycare.com.
4. Your content is yours
You own what you put into LumiBaby: your records, your notes and your photos. We use them only to run the app for you, as the privacy policy describes. You can export your content or delete it at any time.
5. People you invite
You decide who can see and log for your child, at what level and for how long. Please only invite people you trust with your child’s information. You can remove access at any time.
6. Using LumiBaby fairly
Don’t use LumiBaby to break the law, to get into data that isn’t yours, or to interfere with the service or with other people’s use of it. We may suspend an account that does.
7. Price
LumiBaby is free. There is no paid tier today.
8. The service
We work to keep LumiBaby running and your records safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.
9. Ending your account
You can stop using LumiBaby at any time, and delete your account from Settings → Privacy. What deleting removes.
10. Changes to these terms
If we make a material change, the app will ask you to accept the new version. It will not assume your earlier acceptance still applies.
